What in the world is Poke?
Pronounced Po-kay. It’s a Hawaiian dish with sushi grade fresh seafood, cooked chicken, steak, shrimp, surimi, or vegan tuna. It’s served on rice, mixed greens, or riced cauliflower. Top it with sauces, vegetables, fruit, toppings, and grab Ur chopsticks!

Serving fresh Poke since 2019, you can find our truck all over the Metro Detroit area, at festivals, block parties and many other events.
